Change of Mind

  • Change of mind refunds are accepted within 14 days
  • Please email your request to info@johnmartinsbook.com for review
  • If a refund is accepted, it is the customers responsibility to return their item within a reasonable timeframe. The customer is responsible for postage costs. We are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred. 

Faulty Item

  • If any item is received damaged, please contact us info@johnmartinsbook.com with a photo. Upon assessment we will organise a refund or exchange

Non-Refundable

  • Any personalised messages written in the book will not be refundable
  • If you purchased an item from a bookstore or a third-party retailer, please contact them directly
